Aging

Aging is a natural process which associates with a decline in the function of various systems in the body. Therefore, older adults frequently experience changes in daily functioning, including aspects of self-care (eating, dressing), work, leisure, and social aspects.

  • How would you describe your daily routine?
  • What are your favorite activities during the day?
  • Are there any activities in which you have difficulty?
  • What do you hope to accomplish in life?
